3. What is the return policy?

No matter which style of product you buy, you have 100 days to try your ZAMAT Pillow, starting from the date of placing orders. We indeed advise sleeping on our products for at least 45 nights to allow your body to adapt to them. 

Return Process

If, during the trial period, you decide the product is not suitable for you, please get in touch with us at service@zamathome.com to initiate the return process, including your order number, the name of the item, and a description of the problem. We will provide you with detailed instructions and may ask for feedback regarding your experience.

Return Conditions

-To be eligible for a return, the returned product must be in a clean and undamaged condition. It should be in the same state as when you received it, with no signs of excessive use, stains, or damage. Please ensure that the products are properly repackaged in their original packaging or a suitable alternative. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

-Returns must be initiated within the specified trial period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

-Please note that accessories purchased separately are not eligible for return or refund.


Once we have received the returned product and verified its condition, we will process the refund accordingly. For refund applications due to personal preferences, we will negotiate a refund based on the actual situation.
