10. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your package has not been shipped, you can cancel or modify it. 
If your package has already been shipped, please return the item or apply for an exchange upon receiving it. 
Please note that sometimes packages have been shipped but the tracking number is not updated on time. So if you want to cancel or adjust, please live chat with us or email us at service@zamathome.com as soon as possible.
