Yes. Definitely! Each ZAMAT pillow has a built-in removable memory foam insert. If you find the pillow too high or hard, simply remove the insert. Conversely, if you feel the pillow is too low or lacks support, you can purchase additional memory foam inserts from our store to raise the pillow to the desired height.
